This project involves creating custom functionality for the D.I.S.K. test. Users answer a series of questions and receive detailed results, including graphs and data, in a downloadable PDF. The entire system was completely designed specifically for the needs of the project.

Users needed to access test results with lots of detail and graphics, but in an easy-to-use format. We needed to build functionality that would generate automated PDF reports with individual results.
