About the project

Our partners from Nov Dom 1 needed an update to their website. In this case, it wasn’t about changing the design but rather taking a 15-year-old platform and making it scalable and user-friendly.

Client's Background

Nov Dom 1 is a real estate agency offering property buying, selling, and rentals. As part of their operations, they also have an investment department.

Challenge

To transfer the already established and successfully functioning platform from .php to a modern and user-friendly one for the average user. All this had to be done without losing positions in Google searches. Integration with an external CRM provider was also necessary.

Our Solution

Transitioning to a hybrid platform between Laravel and WordPress. This way, we achieved improvements in speed and the ability to handle a large volume of data and traffic while simplifying the frontend of the website by using WordPress techniques.

  • In the case of Nov Dom 1, we decided to handle all communication around the project ourselves. This included integration with an external CRM, project management, as well as product management.

Key Features

  • We implemented automatic translation for Russian and English. This development is entirely ours and utilizes ChatGPT to perform translations of existing and new content within minutes and at only a fraction of the cost of existing ready-made solutions.
  • We built a “Marketing” module allowing the client to write articles, promotional content, and social media posts using artificial intelligence. Accessible only to selected users.
  • We created an interactive map for the cities of Sofia and Varna to facilitate user searches.
  • Established an archive to manage ads older than a specific period, ensuring that the database isn’t overloaded while preserving valuable information.
