Acvent.bg is a company specialized in professional solutions for air conditioning and ventilation, serving both private customers and large corporate facilities. As a business relying on an online presence to generate leads, their website plays a key role in the sales process.

Challenge

Split bilingual versions - Unlike the standard language switch solution, the site was split into two completely separate versions - one in Bulgarian and one in English, existing as two separate sites on the same hosting. This not only led to technical difficulties, but also made maintenance and SEO difficult. Slow loading speed - The main reasons were poorly built structure, lack of image optimization and redundant scripts that overloaded the system. Missing meta tags and descriptions - A lot of the pages were without basic SEO elements, which worsened search engine rankings. Manually adding products - The client had a large product catalog, but the process of uploading new items was completely manual, which was taking up valuable time. Unoptimized content structure - There was duplicate and unrelated content that made navigation difficult and confusing for users.

Our Solution

1. Consolidation of language versions - We merged the two separate sites into one using a professional language switcher. This resulted in easier maintenance and improved SEO strategy as there was no longer a need to duplicate content. 2. Speed optimization We reduced unnecessary requests to the server. We optimized images and compressed heavy files. We cleaned up unused scripts that were overloading the pages. 3. AI-based content automation - We implemented our own system that automatically generates descriptions and meta tags for products using AI. This solved the problem of missing SEO elements and reduced content creation time. 4. Automatic product upload - We integrated three different product feeds from vendors that automatically update the catalog. This saved a tremendous amount of time and eliminated the need to manually add new items. 5.
