Our partners at Nov Dom 1 needed an update to their site. In this case, it wasn't about changing the design, but rather taking a 15-year-old platform and making it scalable and user-friendly.

Client Background

Nov Dom 1 is a real estate agency offering property purchase, sale and rental. As part of their activities, they also have an investment department.

Challenge

To transfer the already established and successfully working platform from .php to a modern and user-friendly one. All this had to be done without losing positions in Google searches. Integration with an external CRM provider was also necessary.

Our Solution

Moving to a hybrid platform between Laravel and WordPress. In this way, we achieved improvements in speed and the ability to handle large volumes of data and traffic, while simplifying the website interface using WordPress techniques.

Notable Features

  • We implemented automatic translation for Russian and English. This development is entirely ours and uses ChatGPT to perform translations of existing and new content within minutes and at a fraction of the cost of existing ready-made solutions.
