In this project, we had an existing website that was specifically designed for the client. It needed improvements.

Although the website was hand coded, we encountered no difficulties with this. The main challenge was that communication with the company that developed and maintains the website was very difficult, almost impossible. This made it extremely difficult for our client to work with the website.
What we did was completely take over the communication with the company maintaining the site. We managed to get the necessary rights and started working on it.
